Growth and Additional Services:
There is a very high demand and request of additional services not being currently provided by Diorio’s fo Palisade. All of which are additional revenue streams. A Beer and Wine license is the largest demand and would be very beneficial to both the customer and the business. Offering delivery and online ordering would bring in even more orders. Merchandising, social media marketing and advertising is currently an untapped resource waiting to be utilized. A manufacturing license would fulfill the demand for the sale of products like hoagie rolls, focaccia, pizza crust and dough, to the local eateries, breweries and markets. The business is only open five days a week, closed on Sun & Mon. Opening on one of or both these days would fulfill another demand and frequent request.
Staffed along with a GM that has an AAS in Culinary Arts and over five years experience at this location, ready and willing to aid in any capacity. All that is needed is a new Captain.
Reason for Selling:
Owners have moved on to new ventures.
At one point in time there were a total of four Diorio’s Pizza & Sub shops in the valley. The original opened in the early 1990’s, on North Avenue in Grand Junction. Shortly after was this shop, Diorio’s of Palisade. Then came Diorio’s of Fruita and then Diorio’s on Horizon Drive. The Palisade shop was the main hub where the dough was made then distributed to the other shops. Diorio’s on North Avenue are still in operation as the original Diorio’s Pizza & Subs. The same goes for Diorio’s of Palisade. Diorio’s of Fruita turned into The Hot Tomato. Diorio’s on Horizon Drive was the start of Enzo’s. You can own a Diorio’s and turn it into your own, just like The Hot Tomato and Enzo’s. Or keep it an original pizza & sub shop and start a franchise.
